Jard Inc Custom Trigger for Browning T-Bolt, 16 oz!
The Browning T-Bolt is a joy to shoot. The only complaint you ever hear about the T-Bolt is that the trigger is too heavy for such a light rifle. The T-Bolt's factory trigger is adjustable and is very crisp. However, I have never seen one that could be adjusted down below 3 3/4 lbs and most are well over 4 lbs. If you are looking to take advantage of the T-Bolt's inherent accuracy, that factory trigger will be your biggest obstacle.
Jard Inc has introduced an aftermarket trigger for the T-Bolt and it is fantastic. I am stocking this trigger with the 16 oz setting which is really the sweet spot. Jard does have spring options that allow you to set the trigger to 12 oz or 20 oz. However, after using and selling quite a few of these, I really recommend starting with the 16 oz. The trigger has an adjustment screw that lets you change the pull weight somewhat, without changing springs.
I installed the Jard trigger in my personal T-Bolt and it is now like an heirloom rifle. Between the beauty of the rifle, the accuracy and the crisp light trigger, this is a rifle that I will keep forever. An added advantage is the Jard trigger housing is all aluminum. No more plastic parts in your rifle!
